ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all information, including product selection, size, color, and shipping address, is correct.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Puramize is not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate addresses and consider additional shipping insurance for high-value items.
