ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times depend on your location:
Domestic (U.S): 7–21 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside of our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Puramize is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We recommend placing orders well in advance of any events or occasions to account for possible delays.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
